When you call Ford Roadside Assistance, this is what you’ll be asked:

- Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) *and where it’s located below:
- Driver’s side door jamb
- Windshield/dashboard (visible from the outside)
- Vehicle title
- Vehicle registration
- Finance statements
- Insurance documents
- Vehicle make and model
- Vehicle color
- License plate number

How do I know if my vehicle is covered by Roadside Assistance?
If you have a Ford or Mercury vehicle from 2007 or newer you receive 5 years or 60,000 miles (whichever comes first) of service.
If you have a Ford or Mercury vehicle from 2006 or earlier you receive 3 years or 36,000 miles (whichever comes first) of service.
